Silas uses AI to generate responses based on your documents. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it for important decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Service Availability

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination.
